- If a user experiences technical issues preventing them from accessing the content they’ve paid for, and these issues are not resolved within 48 hours of reporting.
- If a payment was made by mistake or unauthorized transaction occurs (subject to verification).
- If content that was paid for is no longer available due to platform errors or other technical failures.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:
- If the user changes their mind about the subscription after the payment is processed.
- If the content is available but the user experiences internet connectivity or personal device issues.
- If the user has already watched a significant portion of the content or has accessed it for a certain period (e.g., more than 30% of a subscription period has passed).
